Zoom:
Nachdem die erste Generation Doras (Stahl-Doras) in Berlin ausgemustert wurden, interessierte man sich in Nordkorea dafür. Insgesammt 60 Doppeltriebwagen wurden per Schiene nach Wismar und dann per Schiff zu Ihrem Bestimmungsort geschafft.
Die Fahrzeuge wurden komplett umlackiert, um den Eindruck zu suggerieren, die Fahrzeuge seien nordkoreanische Eigenherstellungen.
