There are two kind of commands acting on the pantographs, they are mostly similar, but there are a few differences. The pantograph settings as global modifiers (or modifiers written directly to a vehicle) describe the initial status the pantograph is shown when the vehicle enters the screen. There are animation actions, which names are similar, they let the pantographs to move (or to jump, if only the two end positions are drawn) during the movement is already on the screen - inside a Tx=; wait time parameter's time, or by a waypoint action.
