The Picture Display is the central element of the Stock List. This is where the pictures in all of the available picture resources are displayed.  Inside this Picture Display there are a number of properties, which can be modified from this menu. Additionally, the remainder of the editorial elements of the program can be invoked from here as well:

Example:

On the left margin there is an information area in which different properties of the picture are displayed.  The data that is displayed here can be modified by way of the View Menu Item.

In the above example one can see the internal Traffic name for the picture ( B44_1), the picture's length ( 148 Pixel) and height ( 52 Pixel). The picture has 24 different colours. There is no vehicle Description associated with the picture, otherwise there would be a small D located next to the white check box.  As the checkbox is empty, one can see that the 'used' property is not on, meaning that the vehicle is not referenced anywhere in the active Timetable File.  To the right of the checkbox there is the way code, which in this case is a catenary of a lower than standard height: 53 pixel. Lastly, the picture has been assigned a red colour code, which can be interpreted as the user desires.

On the right side (the Picture Area) one can see the name of the file that contains the picture (meterspur.tvl) and on the rightmost side, the abbreviation for the Author (DV).

The Picture Area is also a Drag & Drop Field: The picture can be dragged to other locations from here (Timetable File, Graphic Testpad) and it can also be dragged (e.g. from Explorer) into this field and thereby added to the Stock List.

If a picture is selected, the Picture Area is surrounded by a green rectangle (see the lower edge of the above illustration, the wagon Haik-v is selected).
